Established in 2026, the Sugar Beet Saloon is a casual western saloon that strives to maintain an authentic Colorado experience. We take pride in, and respect the history of, Jessup Farm and love incorporating Fort Collins history into everything we do.

At the Sugar Beet Saloon, you can be sure to find an honest pour, a tall tale, and most days, a sunny spot on our patio. We share our love of the West and cowboy boots — all served up in an environment where everyone feels welcomed.
